This is the part where the numbers on the chart do not reflect reality. This shows my weight going up but my body fat had dropped from 24.8 to 23.7 in other words I am adding muscle weight and still losing body fat!
216.3 lb Lost so far: 106.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
