Continuing a maintenance phase and reintroducing formerly restricted items one at a time (in appropriate portion sizes) to see how it affects my weight.

My hard and fast rule is there is just a 3 pound weight range during this phase. after some weeks and true stabilization I will begin a weight loss phase again and keep phasing until I reach my goal weight. Purpose is to allow my body to 'reset' it's 'normal' so that there is no negative affect to my metabolism which immediately tries to go back UP.

coaching with no shakes, bars and special foods is the way to go! I look and feel GREAT even though I have not hit my final goal. Baby steps!!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
