The scale this morning was a bit all over the place going up and down before finally settling here. 100 grams up vs yesterday and 300 above the lowest point this week.

The gram value I take quite a bit less seriously but it's always nice when the little red arrow is green and faces down rather than red and up. lol.

overall feeling good though, I am adding matcha tea into my general diet now. mixed it through a vanilla protein shake - yummy! The perfect high protein under 100 calorie snack for at work.

my daily nc is at the moment around 10-15 and calories at 1100 - so a bit on the lower end of the scale but the strange thing is I feel so much more satisfied at the moment. less hungry overall and at night need to have a bit of yogurt to bump myself over the 1000 calorie line.

but that also does leave me a safety buffer to stay under 1400 in case I miscount something.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
