plank challenge ended, but I'm going to continue to include planks in my morning exercise routine - that's the only thing I do for my core. Thank you for that challenge. It was a good one for me.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
