The numbers are going the wrong way...stress is high and I am definately one of those people who eat when I am stressed...I am trying to counteract that with some activity...walked a mile yesterday on the treadmill. Today went bike riding...it's really hard to get motivated when every fiber in your body just wants to lay on the couch...gotta keep moving though!
