Day 2: I am going to make myself exercise for 30 minutes today. Hopefully my daughter will keep at me to do it. Lost a pound, but that is just water weight. Better than gaining.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
