Yesterday was a good day, I ended up doing a thorough cleaning of my house which took about 4 hours. This was my exercise for the day, then I walked around the Outlets for 2 hours. It was a busy day. I dont think I drank enough fluids yesterday, so I will need to make up for it today.

Body Fat% - 26.7
Muscle Mass% - 40.8
Body Water% - 55.7
Bone Mass - 4.2
138.4 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
