No biggie.

I am down 1 lb since this past Friday's weigh in (( This a HUGE accomplishment for me ))

Tomorrow, I will share my 7th daily weigh in. If I were a betting man, I will probably be down 3 plus pounds Tue - Tue and I've logged every bite to the best of my ability so I can go back and analyze when needed.

Super Pumped!!!!
254.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
