a trainer told me to cut back on mu cardio to help get past the slump so I've been doing half the amount of cardio and lift weights and my result are in...

I gained almost 5 pounds and either stayed the same inches or added inches...

this is a frustrating journey, I eat all home cooked food, barely snack and work out DAILY and it's such a struggle .... I will find a way....I will hit my goal and I will be mentally and physically stronger from the journey!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay positive; I’m in a bit of a plateau myself. Like you, I have been staying on a righteous eating plan, weighing and measuring food only to stay the same weight for several weeks. I’m considering a 2 to 3 day fast. You got any strategies?
