Yesterday the heat got to me and it slowed me way down, I didnt get to exercise and I ate some ice cream. I stayed within my calorie requirements, but I see my fat percentage is up because I didnt burn enough fat calories. Well, Im putting my game face back on...I got more to get done and now its time to get back to business!

Body Water% - 56.2
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs
138.6 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
