Stayed the same this week. Kept my diet on track but didn’t get to work out bc of Jett’s hurt foot. Couldn’t take him to the gym with me.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
