Had a fun weekend, but way too much delicious food. Spend all weekend on a boat. But I'm back on track today. Very disappointed about the weight gain, but I'll fix it
146.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
