Home again after 3 weeks of eating out for every meal with friends or family and drinking daily. I can cope with this weight gain and revert now to my plainer eating habits. Was it worth it? Oh. deliciously so!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1718 kcal Fat: 49.30g | Prot: 74.83g | Carb: 56.54g.   Breakfast: Benifex Fish Oil (1000 mg), Coffee, Milk (Whole Milk). Lunch: Green Tea, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Curry Powder, Egg, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Red Tomatoes, Mature Onions, Peanut Oil. Dinner: Red Table Wine, Cheese. Snacks/Other: Coles Lemon Slice, Green Tea. more...
