YAAAAS! The only real change I made in my routine is I started drinking lots of water. I'm peeing out all that water weight, I guess!
178.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So true....if I ever have a "bad" day, I increase my water and fiber and poof it comes right off (out) lol
