I have developed congestive heart disease and my fluids are restricted. If I take in too many fluids, I hold the water weight on my body and it shows up on the scale. This is what's caused the wgt gain, I actually have been watching my carbs, etc.
346.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
