Almost back on track, HOOP HAH, I think I have got my MoJo back, still tempted by sweet things and treats, trying to exercise again, although I have a party to attend this week, so will have to watch the wine.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
