i have created a challenge! binge be gone! please check it out and join me if you feel it would help you towards your goals!
123.7 lb Lost so far: 43.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I will try this - i think 4 weeks is a good time span. This is my first challenge!

Great drivingmiss thanks for joining! I think it says it takes 21 days to form or break a habit so if we can do this for 4 weeks we'll find it easier in the long run!

Definitely - night-time snacking is my worst enemy!

Mine too! I do well all day then snack away till bed after dinner!

I think keeping our insulin steady throughout the day with whole healthy foods helps keep the cravings at bay in the evenings!
