How do people add photos to their journals? I only log in on mobile and I'm not very techy so haven't figured it out yet. I got a little frustrated with my scale this morning because I wanted to be down to 187.0 for my "goal" today then realized that's kind of silly because I'm down six pounds overall from two weeks ago so why am I being so persnickety about reaching a certain number on a certain day. 🤷♀️
Slow and steady wins the race and I can't wait to be back to a comfortable size for myself. A comfortable size will probably be around 160 which is a full thirty pounds higher than my goal weight anyway so I think I should just be more positive.
I can't wait to feel more comfortable again, not have my knees hurting all the time, not have my legs always rubbing together.
I gained all this weight in the first place because I was miserable and now I'm not so I'm very motivated and I need to just remember that and channel that happiness.
I know I'll reach my goal and it doesn't matter if it takes a little longer than I want it to. 🤷♀️

From the app, I've only been able to post photos by attaching them to meals, and you have to record at least one food item with the meal to attach a photo. To just do a straight up journal entry post with one or more photos, I have to log in on the laptop
