so not the dramatic weekend drop I normally see on a Saturday but oh well.

Friday is my no fast day where I extend my eating hours so that could be partly it.

The good news is if not mistaken my body is getting back into ketosis which is good.. My mouth is very dry and I'm very thirsty.

So hopefully we'll see a better drop in the coming days.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
