What a strange weigh in this morning...

I moved my scale to a new location and as i stood on I was suddenly 2KG higher! WHAT?!? I got on, got off, got on, got off... same result. WHAT???

Ok... I knew this could not be right - there is just no way unless I suddenly downed loads of water through the night or ate every single thing in the house (which even then I doubt would cause such an over night reaction). So I moved the scale again - and back to normal. Lol.

This is why scales can be so dangerous to people - especailly women in the sense that we also have the great hormones to deal with. So not only is our daily weight so sensitive to small changes - but turns out our scales also should never leave their original spot. LOl --- that or just don't take it too seriously.

Since Saturday's carb up I feel like I'm struggling to get back into ketosis. My stomach is terribly unsettled still as well. I've had high carb days and never had a reaction quite like this. And I feel like I'm really struggling with getting back in. I've still be eating yogurt so for the next three days I want to cut that out and see if there is a change. It has to be something because for the rest my macros are all fine.

Over two years on LC and I've never had this... so this is new territory for me. Thining to dramatically cut even more nc's the next couple of days to really deplete my system of any leftover sugar stores. Thinking to focus on higher fat/protein and less net carbs. Lets see if that helps.

You're so right, those damn scales can really mess you up. I'm having the exact same problem with mine. I have to keep it in the same spot or it weighs me higher lol :-/. & even when it's in it's usual spot, if I get on it 2 or 3 times I can get 2 or 3 completely different readings. Such a nightmare! Recently I can't tell if I'm plateauing or not because I can't get a stable measurement *cries*.
