Damage was not as bad as I expected, after a whole lot of stress eating courtesy of moving to the UK. One week in and settling in, now to settle into a new routine of healthy eating and exercise.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
