Had a BAD week, away at work with a new client, dined out, Drank wine, and at there Coffee station they only had chocolate DOUGHNUTS !!!
finding it very hard to get back on the sensible eating pattern I had, also stopped entering my daily meals on FS.
Hence not happy with myself, and as a result almost comfort eating.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So sorry to hear about your bad week. You have the insight into what you need to do and why you are driven to comfort eating. Take your support from FS and you can get back on track. I completely understand how hard it is to struggle with making the right choices when temptation is around. I cooked brownies for a friend's birthday and wasn't able to resist a eating a couple extra myself. Just trying to be kind and forgiving to yourself, reset your plan and today is a new day. Hugs!!

I read today an article about how to divert attention off our addictions, it included visualizing maggots on cakes and doughnuts, lol, it may work. You will get back on track, remember YOU are the master of your body, not the other way around :-)
