hello fs beauties!!!

i have been a major slacker when it comes to recording my food & points, working out, and making healthy food choices... so imagine my surprise that i have actually lost weight!!!
:)
it could be that i wasn't being as bad as i thought... it's just hard to tell when you aren't recording things. i'm making a commitment from here on out to be consistent with keeping track of my food intake. it also could be that i lost some muscle and fat weighs less but HEY!! i'm not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth..

the running is going fairly well... i had a light schedule for a couple of weeks... which ended up being crazy
busy weeks... so i didn't really feel like i was going all out.


well.

i'm glad to see that so many of you are still staying the course!!
158.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Wow!! That's awesome! Maybe I should take some time off. I'm sure it's a combination of you knowing what you were eating and continuing with your running. But either way, congrats!!! Huge loss!
