Down 35 lbs since June 30th. Still on Almased. It is still working well.
Got my wife to try it and she has lost 6.5 lbs in 4 days. All I can say is that it works and now even my "skinny" clothes are getting too big. Will have to go shopping soon. Going to Disneyland in November so walking will be much easier this time. I just can't express how happy I am and how the cravings are under control. However, I have learned that when I want something, I want it and have it, but then it is back on track IMMEDIATELY'''''''''
