The last ten pounds are the hardest. And I think being well has brought back some appetite. I have a month to go for my solstice goal. Not going to get there at this pace. I need to eat more veg.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
