here I am...in the 50's! feeling great, although yesterday I had 0 energy! not sure if it was due to busy morning working in johns class or if not eating correctly...feelin better this mornin, and actually rearranged my hair appt so I could go to spin class. that's what the experts say; incorporate exercise into ur schedule. plan. let's hope I get through it. Susie is a brutal teacher!
