Started back on the weight watchers flex plan last Wednesday and pray I can stick with it. Didn't get off to a very good start last week (to much going on). I'm going to back of the church potlucks.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
