Well it had to happen...couldn't resist the holiday high life...come down with a bump now!!! an extra 5 pound big bump ..😳😳😳😳😳

181.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb. Still to go: 27.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.3 lb a week
