I tried a new aerobic/resistance course at Knockout Bodies today, but I don't think that I used a resistance band with enough resistance to give my muscles much of a workout. The cardio component was great.

Happily, my calorie intake was under control, today.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
