I started late June on a low carb/dirty keto diet. mostly just watching my carb selections and keeping it high protein. Im looking to reach a healthy weight of about 144lbs. It's been tough turning down sweets, starches, and many things that hinder my progress but I feel and look better. Just keeping my eye on the prize.
172.3 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
