Slept 6.7hrs in 2 shifts

Day4: Optifast playing havoc with my bowels. Never had this problem before...just the opposite. Still no hunger.

91.2lb loss and I just noticed a FS colour bar change, to bright sunshine yellow. Yeh!
254.8 lb Lost so far: 91.2 lb.    Still to go: 108.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
