Slept 5.1hr. mask leak. BM yes Day2: And I still could not stomach a 4th Optifast shake. I know I would have heaved. I did freeze one in an ice cube tray with added Crystal Light no sugar flavouring, and then made a frozen slushy, with added extra water. Was more tolerable. Really enjoyed 1 cup of low salt beef broth though. And absolutely no hunger pangs.

can you add a little lemon, to counteract the sweetness of the optifast? it's what I do with vega, I find it sickly sweet otherwise.

Yes I can add Crystal Light lemon-Lime with artificial sweetener or 1/2 tsp lemon juice unsweetened. I am going to try that tomorrow. I was afraid it might curdle the shape, but I found out it won't. Thanks for idea Pixxxxx.
I enjoyed the shake by adding 50 mL of extra strong brewed decaf coffee as a flavouring. That is very tasty with both the chocolate & the vanilla variety.
