nice surprise this morning. forgot I ate pizza, bread and drank a lot of my duty free amarula over the weekend. since my scale is new and it's been about two months of distruptions and no weigh ins, I'm going to return to my habit of daily weighing until I get a good feel for where my weight realistically is now.... lots of people ask if you should weigh daily, weekly, monthly... I think you should do whatever is comfortable for you, but I like to use daily weigh ins as a productive way to track and learn about how my body is responding to foods and different types of activities.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 51.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
