Wow... I'm impressed with the results but I must say this 7 day cleanse is really kicking my butt... I haven't exercised yet today but I'm determined to fit in at least 30 minutes before I go to bed tonight.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
