I didn't get anything other than walking in yesterday. That being said, it was largely do to the fact that I vomited before I had a chance to eat anything - which I later determined was caused purely by hunger. Then when I took Luna for her walk, I ended up falling on the big hill. I'm fine, but it did hurt a little at the time. It was all for the best though; I got to throw paint at work last night so my body definitely got in its workout. :)
