Yesterday was a good day. I stayed within my calorie limits and I had a good workout.

Yesterday's workout
Treadmill speed 4.5 for 60 minutes
Reverse Push-ups - 3 sets of 20
Upper Arm weights - 3 sets of 30 with 10lb weight.

Measurements
Body Fat%- 24.6
Muscle Mass%- 41.5
Body Water% 55.7
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs
140.4 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
