Slept 5.2hrs. Mask leak.

A little weakness this evening. Brought my elderly parents down to the beach boardwalk to hear some music at the outdoor bandstand. Food truck was there selling hot mini cinnamon doughnuts. I bought a bag for My Mom & Dad. I ended up eating 4! So good, but a waste of 214 valuable calories that should have been healthy protein. I usually do not have a craving for sweets... it is usually for crunch and savoury.
259.1 lb Lost so far: 86.9 lb.    Still to go: 113.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
