I live in a retirement community, and every holiday (including the smaller ones) they have a potluck dinner with all sorts of goodies. I noticed on Monday that nobody here has much self control at these dinner--beautiful fruit and vegetable plates went almost untouched--one man told me he could get that at home, he came to the potlucks to get what he couldn't get at home! 3 holidays this summer sure were the ruin of me. Back on the stick, and more control at Thanksgiving!
