What a difference one day of working out can make... I'm not talking about the weight loss which is most likely water weight... I'm talking about my improved mood. I feel so much better. In addition to exercising yesterday I also started a 7 day full body cleanse. So we will see if it truly adds to my work out and weight loss.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
