I finally broke down and got a new scale last night. I got an old-fashioned one, too, rather than a digital 'cause it was cheaper and because I'm a bit frustrated with digital scales. Lol. On the bright side, it's working great. On the downside, no more tenths of a pound but that might actually be a good thing. :)

Also picked up some Flintstones vitamins. When it comes to vitamins, my stomach tends to be very sensitive and Flintstones are one of the few that doesn't make me want to vomit.

Got a full day at work today and tomorrow, so probably just going to stick to a walk with Luna and then move back to workouts on Thursday. That'll also have allowed me about a week of active recovery so... good on both ends.
