Wow! Loving these results. I am staying about 700 calories under my "losing weight" RDI of 2200. I have been eating around 1500 calories a day, and it feels like plenty of food to me. I hope everyone is staying strong and determined. Much love people. :)
213.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
