I avoided late night eating by telling myself I can have a keto chocolate bar in the morning if I still crave it then and rewarded with weight loss. That, and it may be because I'm near the end of my menses.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
