Wow - 3 lbs. to go to reach my goal. It's been a long 10 months but well worth it. I'm fast approaching my 60th birthday so this is a new chapter in my life. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
