Have been eating carbs..NO NO NO ...I thought I would have gained but surprisingly still +/- 137. I really have to get back on track not loosing weight anymore... NEED FOCUS ...
135.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
