Measurements: Bust 35, Waist 28.5, Hips 41
Body Fat Percentage (According to US Navy body fat formula): 30.11%

Although I am as close to my goal weight as I've ever been, this weigh in is a double edged sword. I've eaten ice cream every day this week, and haven't worked out once, so clearly, the weight I've lost is most likely muscle, and it is NOT my intention to lose muscle! I have a hike planned for tomorrow morning, and afterwards I'll go to the market to get fruit for dessert throughout the week (since that seems to be the best way to say no to ice cream...I can't bear the thought of fruit that I've payed for going uneaten and rotting!) I'll also get back to my routine of circuit training while on my 2 hour break at work. Maybe my next weigh in will be a higher number, but if I know that those pounds are muscle, it's all good!

141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
