Im glad I joined this site.. I find it so hard to keep track of what I eat and how much exercise i do. i have bought food journals and dont seem to have time to write in them..this seemed like an ideal way to go for me... im excited to see what kind of progress i can make...
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
