Day 11 of Covid finally tested negative and returned to work yesterday plus all of a sudden developed a migraine when will it stop visiting my neurologist later on. As for my weight still trending up like I said not even Covid got rid of my appetite smell or taste 😅 I'm to the point where I feel very uncomfortable in my own skin again and will have to take strict drastic measures to make a change first I will start with logging my calorie intake which I haven't for the last 2 months. My daughter is also fully recovered thank God like nothing ever happened my hubs 2nd time infection on the other hand has a bad asthma flare, gum swelling and even Covid fingers it's so weird how the same strain affected us differently thankfully my son did not catch it this time we still have him isolated from us until Friday test him everyday.

178.6 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
