I've decided a new approach is required to dieting....the scales are set to stick so I'm going to not be tempted to peek 🙄🙄🙄....as long as I'm eating healthy and at the right times and I'm healthy is the main thing....the thyroid is like me stubborn......
I wish it would sort itself out.....😒🤭
180.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck with trying new things to find what works for you. I think that many people find in the end they have to get back to good old fashioned tracking of CICO in order to see consistent progress.

Hi,,,thanks it took years to put on the weight so perhaps it's the same getting the weight off...I don't want to put pressure on myself anymore...life is for living after all lol...once a week on the scales now...thank you for your comments and hope you are okay also....cheers 😁
