Interesting. As I continue to lose weight and exercise, my blood sugar drops. Just as the Doctor said it would.
244.3 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
