I’m glad that the scales giving me steadier numbers, don’t get me wrong. But it dropped another 0.4 lbs overnight to give me 211.6 lbs over and over today – I split it with yesterday’s weight to give myself 212.6 lbs. I realize to someone who’s struggling to lose my whining about how fast the number is dropping this week – and last, too – sounds ridiculous. The thing is, I just hope that I manage to lose at least some inches to help balance this drop out. I’m praying it’s water weight coming off and that I’m not losing muscle mass or something by not eating enough protein. Hm. Actually, maybe what it is isn’t so that I’m losing water weight or muscle mass but that I’m burning the fat and not building quite as much muscle mass as I was last month. I’ve I’m being completely honest, I’m not pushing my body non-stop every day like I did during July and the areas I am pushing (legs) it is more of a toning process than building all-new muscle like I did when I was pushing my planks and arms last month. I’ve already decided that I’m going to start alternating muscle groups so that I can push them each farther every day. Abs are gonna be most days, while chest/arms will alternate with legs. Well. I say that now. XD We’ll see what actually happens. Not sure which of those days I’m going to start with today, but I’ll figure it out. :)

212.6 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
